The Relationship Between The Change Of Population Structure And Economic Growth

In recent years,the population problem has become a hot issue of national concern,such as the acceleration of the population aging process,the imbalance of the population sex ratio,the increasing urbanization rate of the population,the opening of the second child in an all-round way and so on.All these problems fall into the theoretical category of population structure.With the development of economy and the structural reform of supply side,Liaoning's economic operation remains stable.Throughout the world,countries are pursuing the rapid development of economy,giving priority to economic development,but ignoring the seriousness of population structure.The relationship between population structure and economy is one of the most basic starting points of all population problems.The stable population and reasonable population structure are the necessary guarantee for the sustainable development of the economy.The purpose of adjusting population structure is to adapt population structure to economic development.PressureBased on this situation,this paper,based on the changes in population structure in Liaoning province in the last 12 years,takes the population structure and economic growth of Liaoning as the research object,and selects the age structure,the population industrial structure,the sex ratio,the urbanization rate,the unemployment rate and the rate of unemployment in the population structure with the help of the related theories of population and economic growth.The current situation of regional GDP is analyzed.The population age structure is expressed by the proportion of the population of 0-14 years old,the proportion of the 15-64 year old population,and the population over 65 years old,and the population industrial structure is expressed in the proportion of the number of employees in the three industry.Using the results of the present analysis and the literature,the proportion of the aged population in the age structure of the population,the sex ratio of the population,the urbanization rate and the unemployment rate are analyzed.The VAR model,the unit root test,the cointegration test,the Grainger causality test,the Grainger causality test,and the prescription are used in the analysis of the proportion of the population in the age structure of the population.The difference between population structure and economic indicators is determined by difference analysis.The first part mainly expounds the research background and significance,literature review and research methods.The second part elaborates the related concepts of population structure.The third part of the analysis includes population gender structure,population age structure,population industrial structure,urbanization rate,unemployment rate and the status of per capita GDP in Liaoning province.Through the above analysis,the reader has a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the status and characteristics of the population structure in Liaoning province.The fourth part analyzes from two angles: the first is the influence of the proportion of the elderly population in Liaoning Province on the economic growth.The unit root test,cointegration test,Grainger causality test and other methods were used for analysis.Two,we use VAR model to analyze the impact of population sex ratio,urbanization rate and unemployment rate on economic growth.Finally,we get the corresponding conclusion through quantitative analysis.The fifth part,based on the present situation of the population structure in Liaoning Province,the empirical analysis of the economic growth of Liaoning Province,and the actual situation of Liaoning Province,put forward the policy proposals to optimize the population structure of Liaoning province from the age structure of the population,the urban and rural structure and the gender perspective.The sixth part summarizes the whole article,and analyzes the shortcomings of this article and what we should make up for in future research.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward a series of measures to adjust the population structure,so that the development of population structure can develop towards the direction of economic growth.
