The research intervened the adolescents' group in the charitable vocational training program for one year by the way of Jiti intervention.The group featured on:(1)the narrowness of the meaning of development;(2)the uneven development of the students.The study used construction of jiti organization as main interventional method,which created the Jiti climate to promote students' active development by changing relationship within students.During the intervention,observation,semi-structured interview and questionnaire were used to collect data,and these qualitative and quantified data were mixed to analyze three thesis as followed:(1)focusing on the change of jiti climate to analyze the formation and development of jiti;(2)analyzing typical events and cases to explain the change of developmental force in the jiti's psychological life space;(3)exploring the suitable way to construct the jiti for charitable vocational training program.The intervention process included three phases:(1)constructing centralized jiti organization to form echoing-interaction,(2)constructing semi-opening jiti organization to form two-dimensional bidirectional interaction,(3)constructing ecological jiti organization to form multidimensional interaction.Interaction and meaning of jiti organization and participation became more and more plentiful.The level of jiti participation and activity involvement rose.Organization itself catalyzed jiti's process of self-organization.Students' psychological life space was analyzed to summarize the motive mechanism:(1)enriching psychological life space,where role and the meaning of behaveior was expending;(2)creating many opportunities for development.“Jiti responsibility”,“peer relation” and “organizational challenge” were three ma-in sources of developmental force.They provided students of different self-position driving force to take action.Students' needs were created and fulfilled.Students could achieve self-transcendence in the jiti.The research provided a practicable mode of jiti organizational intervention which was aimed at the impact of peer interaction on adolescents.When the jiti organization was being constructed,there were two points to be followed:(1)comfortming to students' development to adjust the way of organization;(2)designing the courses matching with organization.
