Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Time Management In High School Students

The importance of time management for study,work,and life has received widespread attention.From the early years,it was mainly used in mainstream business management,and now it is widely used in higher education and even secondary education.It can be seen that the research scope of time management is huge and the angle is subtle.In recent years,there have been many researches and results on time management and higher education and business management education.However,most of the researches focus on macroscopic aspects,and there are relatively few analyses starting from the small point of time management in high school students.This article is based on the time management theory of academic predecessors,and takes the time management of high school students as the research object.After reviewing relevant theories and literature,firstly,it explained and analyzed the current situation of high school students' time management in school,and then established a model to conduct empirical analysis on the impact of high school students' time management in school from internal and external perspectives.The author hopes that this thesis can provide high school students with effective school time management guidance,ease the academic pressure of high school students,improve the quality of high school students' learning,and promote the development of high school students' core literacy.At the same time,I hope to provide schools and teachers with enlightenment on the time management of high school students,and help educators,especially high school educators,to better understand the importance of time management in schools and strive to solve existing problems.Achieve win-win.The article analyzes the combination of models and theories and concludes that there are still three levels of problems in the time management of high school students at present,such as student problems: lack of time concept,low learning efficiency,no goals and plans for learning;teacher problems : Teachers' energy is limited,and the class system has increased the burden on teachers;school problems: too many extracurricular activities in the school,too much squeeze students' rest time.Based on this conclusion,the paper puts forward countermeasures such as improving the school time management of high school students,optimizing the school time management process of high school students,and improving the concentration of high school students to overcome these negative effects,aiming to improve the ability of high school students to learn to learn.,To promote the formation of core literacy of high school students.
