"The theme class meeting" is a public space formed by individual class in a seminary, in the space, in order to achieve the realization of the educational goals, all students and the teacher develop intercourse, pursue understood and identified each other by taking language as an intermediary, communicating as the core, and taking the student as the subject. The theme meeting should be enriched, equality, two-way communication and paid attention to students’all-round development activities, But under the effect of the technical rationality, the theme class meeting is just a grade and class mark position, and "simplified", and fixed in one mode, only the pursuit of success" and "assessment" be up to the mustard. The article aims at to analyzing the class meeting development predicament Based on the analysis of "class meeting"Based on the reflection of the previous research’s insufficient and analysis of the new the research, the article regard class meeting as "text", starting from students’ rich and colorful class meeting, studying role and influence of "school culture"," class management" and "class adviser’s work" associated with it, by "microcosmic" analysis of the "truth" back of the phenomenon, to reveal the generation mechanism behind knowledge of mutual "game", then reconstruct the class culture and school culture in order to make the students’ class meeting coruscate its original activity, and construct class meeting of secondary vocational school to a new position for ideological education work, and enhance the class educational effectiveness, coruscate the class meeting into a machine。Accordingly, teachers need to overcome shackles come from the technical rationality and scientific knowledge about school management, class management and the theme class meeting, to change the theme class meeting curing mode, and rebuild its rich content of the theme class meeting and the class culture, ultimately make students have possessing humanities attainment and professional qualities, and become all-round development students.
