The new curriculum reform of our country has brought us new tasks and challenges.It emphasizes that while improving the quality of education and teaching,it is very important to cultivate the comprehensive quality of students.The class is an integral part of the school,students learn and live in the class.Class management has a direct impact on the physical and mental health of students,so class management should keep pace with the times,to meet the requirements of the new era.The combination of urban and rural junior high school is a very typical school in class management,students family background show "four more,one less" phenomenon,That is,the elderly family members,the migrant workers families,divorced families,difficulty situation families,a little of parents have received high school education.Such a family background leads to a lot of students' family education nominate,the overall quality of students is low,the teachers have a lot of difficulties in the school class management.Based on this,the author chooses No.9 Middle School in Hangu Binhai New area,Tianjin as the example,In the process of research,first of all,the author use literature research method to analyze three concepts:the urban and rural areas junior middle school,class management,strategy and then through the questionnaire and interview methods to explore the urban junior high school class management,there are three main problems in the class management,it lacks of creative thinking,the teachers,work enthusiasm is not high,the class management target lacks of uncertainty,the conventional management of class is randomization.Author analyzes that the reasons are following:school departments lack of co-ordination;oriented-exam education,teachers participation is not enough,the teacher's literacy class management methods,their own literacy,and the parents literacy,and parents education methods to their children.Finally,the author puts forward the following suggestions:strengthen moral training,improve teachers' professional friendship quality;strengthen knowledge learning,improve their knowledge quality;push practice activity,improve the comprehensive ability of management literacy;pay attention to summary and reflection,improve the practical ability;create cooperative type class,promote students' autonomous management;create psychological convention type class,optimization of class management.At the same time,to strengthen cooperation of all aspects of the school,the school and the family,the coordination between school and society.
