In China's current basic education system,junior high school teachers ' professional development level and ability is obviously weaker than primary school and high school.This is not only because of the restless students in the period of youthful agitation making exhausted teachers spare little time for professional development,but also due to the junior high school education system and many other problems.Teachers are the fundamental driving force of educational reform and development.As to promote and develop junior middle school education,we must find a effective way to improve the professional development of teachers."Teachers' Learning Community",as a formally organization to this requirement,actively advocates the cooperation and development among teachers,which was proofed by a large number of experiments.Moreover,the "Teachers' Learning Community" also conforms to the general requirements of the current curriculum reform,and can effectively promote teachers to learn and develop in cooperation.Based on this,the author takes Lianyungang H Middle School as a sample,investigates the present situation of the learning community of H Middle school teachers,and finds that there are still some problems in the process of "Teachers' Learning Community",as some learning communitys are all form and no content,some are poorly managed and poorly organized,and not always stick to "student-oriented" principle.The existence of these problems restricts the effectiveness of "Teachers' Learning Community",which leads to teachers' reluctance to join or participate in the community,and can not truly realize the development and promotion of teachers' peofessional ability.Based on the above understanding,this article takes Lianyungang H Junior High School as an example,expounds the development of junior middle school teachers' learning community from six major parts.The first part is the introduction,which expounds the reason of the topic,makes a comprehensive comment on the present research situation at home and abroad,and also explains the research aim and method.The second part is the introduction of the concept and theoretical foundation,mainly summarizing the two concepts of“learning community”and“Teachers' Learning Community”.It also analyzesthe theoretical foundation of learning community theory and group dynamics theory.The third part is the survey of the present situation of the“Teachers' Learning Community” in Lianyungang H junior high school.The survey mainly based on basic situation of Teachers,daily teaching management,and daily teaching organization,diagnoses the practical situation of “Teachers' Learning Community”in H junior middle school.The forth part analyzes the reasons that affect the development of the learning Community of junior middle school teachers from three aspects,such as schools,teachers and society.The fifth part is the strategy of promoting the development of the learning Community of junior middle school teachers.The school should promote the reform of organizational structure and management mechanism,to create a harmonious and symbiotic humanistic environment,to provide a full range of learning resources,and to strengthen cooperation with all kinds of educational units;The teachers must have the willingness to self-improvement,teachers' partnership trust should been built,communication ability should been enhanced;Socially too,need to create a lifelong learning atmosphere,provide technical and financial support.The last part is the conclusion of the thesis,which summarizes the content of the article.
