A Study On The Employment Policy Of Collegegraduates In Shandong

Since the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in China,the number of university graduates has increased year by year,which has aggravated the pressure of employment.College students are the reserve force of the country.As an important talent resource,it is the hope to realize the national rejuvenation of our country.It is also the guarantee of promoting social development,and also an inexhaustible motive for promoting the economic development.The problem of College Students' employment is not only about a family,an industry or a whole society,so it is not only related to family harmony and social development,but also the situation of the stable development of the country.In view of the problem of employment,the government should carry out the policy intervention.In view of the specific conditions of our country and the actual situation in various regions,the talent resources can be realized more rationally.Since I have been engaged in student management for ten years and have direct contact with students,I have a certain understanding of the relevant information and employment policies of the students' employment channels in the process of guiding college students' employment.This article takes the employment policy of universities in Shandong as the main research object.In order to promote the smooth employment of college graduates,the Shandong provincial government has formulated relevant employment policies for the employment problem,but these policies are not perfect in the process of implementation.On the basis of this analysis,this paper puts forward the problems and shortcomings in the employment policy of college graduates in Shandong province.My own opinions and suggestions is provided.This article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part.This paper mainly introduces the purpose and significance of the research,summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the ideas and methods of research.The second chapter defines the concept of graduate employment policy and explains the theoretical basis of employment policy research.The third chapter makes a detailed analysis of the implementation of employment policies in Shandong province through sorting out and summarizing the employment policies of Shandong's college graduates.The fourth chapter analyzes the specific problems existing in the employment policy of university graduates in Shandong province.The fifth chapter,aiming at the deficiencies in current policy,puts forward some suggestions and advises for improving the employment policy of Shandong college graduates.Through further strengthening the government's macro control of the employment policy,standardizing the employment market order and deepening the University's employment policy oriented teaching reform in three aspects,the employment policy of Shandong college graduates is perfected.
