Research On Group Work Intervention In Teenagers' Behavior Deviation

Teenagers are the most important reserve army of the Country.Their physiological and psychological development should be paid great attention to by all sectors of society.With the progress of secondary vocational education in China,more and more teenagers choose to continue to receive secondary vocational education after graduate of compulsory education.The teenagers who enter the secondary vocational school are at the middle and lower level of school record and comprehensive quality among the same age group.Their average age is about 16 years old,they are in the early stage of their adolescence and have the characteristics of emotion,impulsiveness,curiosity and so on.Physical and mental rapid change,independence and adult feeling significantly enhanced,lots of needs are constantly changing.For the new learning and living environment,they can not adapt,adjust their emotions,or restrain their own behavior.Teenagers' view on life,world view and values have not yet been molded,they are easier be influenced of social transformation,resulting in behavioral deviations.Such as: truancy,smoking and drinking,indulging in the Internet,early love,fighting and even drug abuse.They are dissuaded by the school punishment or committed crimes,endangering social stability.Based on the above background,combined with actual situation of A school of Q city to carry out this study.The framework of this paper is divided into four parts.The introduction introduces the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad in detail,defines the concepts of "teenager","behavior deviation",introduces the theoretical basis,research ideas,methods and research characteristics of the study.The second part focuses on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of adolescent behavior deviation.The writer interviewed and observed 151 young students in A school,sums up the behavior deviation performance and needs of the teenagers in this school,then analyzes its causes,emphasizes the necessity of group work intervention.The third part is the group work intervention process on youth behavior deviation,six group activities were carried out on 8 teenagers during two months.The fourth part is the summary and conclusion.This paper summarizes the achievements and existing problems of the group work,explores the effective direct intervention mode of the group work of teenagers' behavior deviation,and constructs social work intervention system of teenagers' behavior deviation.
