Research On The Educational Issues Of Uyghur Floating Population's Children In Heijiashan Community, Urumqi, Xinjiang

With the rapid development of social economy in our country,the urbanization process of Xinjiang is increasingly accelerating.As capital of Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region,Urumqi is Xinjiang's political,economic and cultural center,attracted a large number of rural floating population poured into Urumqi to find jobs?And Uyghur floating population's quality have a significant impact on urban stability,the government should give the Uyghur floating population children to provide equality of education opportunity,given Uyghur floating population children equal competition platform as city children,make the Uyghur floating population children change their destiny by education,so that the Uyghur floating population children will not be marginalized in cities,to make them better integrate into city life,get rid of vicious circle,realize self-worth.This article research on education condition of Uyghur floating population children in Heijiashan Community,focus on general situation of the Uyghur floating population.Study on education situation and the existence problems of floating population children,and clarify the Uyghur floating population children education problem.On the one hand,introduce relevant policies and measures taken by the local government,on the other hand according to the above problems from the core national interests and implementing the height of the leapfrog development and lasting stability in ethnic minority areas,puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.
