<National medium and long-term plan for education reform and development> points out that education development of information should "strengthen the application of information technology,improve the level of teaching application information technology,and update the teaching concept".Based on the above background,this study first of education information,information technology to change the classroom,and the connotation of ICT Teaching Ability of Secondary Vocation school Teachers,the Current Status of CT Teaching Ability and information environment development five aspects were summarized.So,this study first of education information,information technology to change the classroom,and the connotation of teachers' information technology teaching ability,teachers' information technology teaching ability of teachers' information technology teaching ability and information environment development five aspects were summarized.This research mainly adopts questionnaire investigation and interview method,10 secondary vocational school teachers in Tianjin as the research object a questionnaire,and three of the four secondary vocational school principal in-depth interviews,deeply analyze the problems in the secondary vocational teachers' ICT teaching ability development and analyze the causes,and make follow-up development strategy research more operable.Study found that secondary vocational teachers' information technology teaching ability overall performance is good;The application of basic information technology well;The principal information has good leadership;But there is also a part of the problem: there are differences between different teaching age;The lack of the information teaching competition experience;The use of new technology is not ideal,weak innovation ability;The principal lacks the evaluation consciousness of teachers' teaching ability.Then,according to the problems of secondary vocational teachers' ICT teaching ability,targeted at six countermeasures: national policy guide,do a good job in the top of the secondary vocational teachers' information technology teaching ability development design;The participation of all sectors of society to strengthen the development of ICT teaching ability,of the teachers in China;To develop digital resources and improve the quality of the use of digital resources;Through information technology,the training and assessment of teachers' information teaching ability of vocational teachers;To promote the information leadership of the principal and promote the development of the information teaching capacity of the teachers;Based on teaching practice,it inspires the autonomy of teachers' information teaching ability.Finally,the innovation points and limitations of this study are summarized,and the direction of the follow-up research is determined.
