Bijie City Primary And Secondary School Football Characteristic School Football Investigation And Research On The Situation Of Implementation

The State General Administration of Sports and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Circular on the Development of the National Youth Campus Football activities,which was used as a programmatic document to guide the development of the national campus football activities on April 14,2009.It is necessary to develop campus football activities in the whole country,to form a campus football culture,and to train youth football reserve talents with all-round development and outstanding football skills.In 2015,Bijie City was designated as the layout city of youth football activities in Guizhou Province.So far,there are 74 schools with special characteristics of campus football in Bijie City.These schools have made certain achievements in campus football activities since their development.But at the same time there are certain problems.Based on the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and field investigation,this paper takes the development of campus football in Bijie primary and middle schools as the research object.To investigate the football field facilities,football teachers,football lessons,football training,and the development of campus football league in Bijie primary and middle schools and schools with football characteristics.This paper investigates the factors that hinder the normal development of campus football in the course of campus football development,and looks forward to finding concrete ways to solve these obstacles,which can provide a reference for the further development of campus football in Bijie City.The following conclusion is drawn from the investigation: 1.The football teachers in Bijie primary and middle schools are weak,and the number of football special PE teachers is relatively small;2.The physical education teachers of the campus football characteristic school in Bijie City have little strength to accept the football training;3.since the start of campus football in Bijie in 2015,97.3% of the school football characteristics schools have carried out campus football activities.4.Among the schools surveyed,one school had no football ground and one school had a dirt field;5.school leaders do not attach enough importance to campus football activities;6.There is a serious shortage of football teachers and a low professional level.Recommendations and countermeasures: 1.Strengthen the construction of football teachers,improve the professional skills of sports teachers;2.Strengthen the investment of football funds,improve the conditions of football facilities;3.Improve the level of leadership attention,strengthen its understanding of campus football activities;4.Strengthen the propaganda of campus football activities;5.We will improve the system of school regulation and competition management.
