The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance have implemented the "National Training Plan" to improve the professional development level of primary and secondary school teachers(referred to as the "National Training Plan").With the promotion of the project,a variety of mixed learning methods,such as network research and teacher workshops,have been adopted.For example,in the Circular of the Ministry of Finance of the Ministry of Education on Reforming and Implementing the National Research Plan for Kindergarten Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools,hybrid research is carried out,emphasizing the combination of online and offline to promote primary and secondary school teachers'learning,practice and promotion.In addition,the "Guidelines for the Implementation of Workshop Research for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" also runs through the idea of blended learning,which mainly combines thematic research with conventional research.Thematic research mainly adopts diagnostic demonstration,case study,thematic discussion,mini-lecture,subject research and summary of results.Conventional research mainly combines online research with on-site practice,that is,the combination of Online and offline research.Joint study mode.It also combines network research,centralized training and on-site practice.Therefore,our country pays more and more attention to teachers'mixed learning.Teachers'blended learning evaluation plays an important role in teachers'blended learning.It can give timely feedback on the problems existing in teachers'blended learning and make timely improvements so as to improve teachers' professional development in an all-round way.This study constructs a teacher's mixed learning evaluation system from both theoretical and practical aspects.Firstly,in the introduction part,this paper introduces the background,significance,ideas and methods of the research,as well as the literature review of "Teachers'Network Research Assessment"and "Mixed Learning Assessment".Secondly,it summarizes the related concepts of teacher's Mixed Learning Assessment,and then proceeds from the theoretical analysis of teacher's Mixed Learning to evaluate learning and mixed learning.The theory of learning evaluation is explained in detail.On this basis,the concept of teacher's mixed learning evaluation is analyzed.Through literature review,comparative study of evaluation and assessment of five research institutions in China,and the problems of mixed learning evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers found in interviews,using expert method and analytic hierarchy process,adopting the evaluation concepts of combination of online and offline,combination of learning process and learning results,diversification of evaluation subjects and diversification of evaluation contents,this paper constructs mixed learning of primary and secondary school teachers.The evaluation index system and the application guidelines and suggestions of the evaluation index system are put forward.
