As an important part of the development of school sports,the middle school basketball team is the primary form of basketball reserve talents,and is one of the important ways to cultivate sports talents.It is very important for improving the students' basketball skills and comprehensively developing their overall quality.effect.In the traditional teaching methods of the past,there are common problems such as a single teaching method,tedious teaching contents,and lack of creativity in technical actions,which leads to a slow increase in the skill level of the players and affects academic performance.Therefore,how to choose the training method in the training of the middle school basketball team plays a decisive role in improving the skill level of the players and the quality of classroom teaching.In this paper,based on the study of some scholars' research on task-driven teaching method,combining the characteristics of basketball training,the task-driven teaching method is applied to the training of middle school basketball team,and the teaching experiment of task-driven teaching method and traditional training method is studied.Through comparison and analysis of the test results before and after the experiment,the aim is to provide data support for improving the training quality of the middle school basketball team,and then to explore the feasibility and effectiveness of the task-driven teaching method in the training of the middle school basketball team.According to the needs of this teaching experiment,the author adopted literature research methods,questionnaire survey methods,teaching experiment methods,and mathematical statistics methods.Among them,the data obtained by grouping experiments of 24 middle school basketball team members was mainly compared through the teaching experiment method.analysis.The final findings are as follows:1.Whether traditional teaching method or task-driven teaching method was adopted,the test data of the players after the experiment showed that compared with the pre-experimental tests,the improvement was greater than that of the control group.2.After the test,the team member's "various dribbles to lay-up and lay-up" technique test found that the scores in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group(P=0.045<0.05),indicating that the task-driven teaching method is more helpful to the technical movement of the players.The formation and use of technology.Compared with the traditional training methods,the task-driven teaching method is more conducive to improving the team members' training attitude,self-confidence and cooperation ability,and is conducive to fostering the main position of the team members' self-learning and is conducive to improving the team members' ability to solve problems.4.The task-driven training method has a relatively simple implementation process and is more flexible in operation.The team members can effectively grasp the essentials of technical movements from various tasks,and are also conducive to enriching the training content,innovating training methods,and improving team members' satisfaction with training.degree.5.The data analysis obtained through the 12-week teaching experiment shows that the task-driven teaching method is feasible in the training of the middle school basketball team.6.In sports training,the training method is used as a way to improve the training effect.There is no short cut to improve sports performance,and only continuous and scientific practice is repeated.
