The School Social Work Involved In Career Planning Of High School Students

Due to the rapid economic development,the professional division of labor in the society has been refined.According to the current situation of education in China,education is almost blank in the career planning of high school.Our country high school students generally focus on the achievement and ignore the future career development,this to a certain extent,make them in the future on the choice of profession and occupation in a blind state,for their future professional career options or caused a certain influence.This article applies the method of group work and individual work,with professional skills and attitudes in high school students career planning problem,a universal problem analysis of Baotou city high school students career planning,to understand the real cause of the current state of high school students career planning,put forward the corresponding countermeasure,finally to help high school students through the career planning,a clear career goal,achieve the goal of lifting capacity.This paper consists of introduction,the main three chapters,conclusion,reference and appendices.The introduction mainly includes research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,research object,research method and theoretical basis.First chapter,describes the present situation of Baotou city B middle school,high school students career planning,from the teaching resources,student graduation rates and B school career planning status quo and future development trend from four aspects to carry on the simple introduction.The second chapter analyzes the problems and causes of high school students' career planning in Baotou city from the perspective of high school students,families,schools and social policies.Among the problems,students' self-cognition is vague,lack of initiative,lack of knowledge of professional cognition and society,and weak professional consciousness.The influence of family conditions and parents' degree on the career planning of high school students,and the parents' personal understanding of career planning;The lack of education in the school career planning,the lack of professional teaching staff and the incomplete curriculum facilities;Less capital investment,less attention to the cause of higher level.The third chapter,the author carries out group work and case work on the career planning of high school students in Baotou city B middle school,and summarizes and reflects on the early,middle and late stage of the intervention process.The school social work involved in the study of high school students career planning,to help high school students know his own self as soon as possible,to understand their own strengths and weaknesses,strengthen the learning initiative,rational choice in accordance with their characteristics of professional learning,eventually help high school students for their future career choice and the realization of the value of life to lay a solid foundation.
