With the continuous development of the social economy,the economic market is constantly expanding and expanding,and the promotion of the development of enterprises and the adjustment of economic structure among them require more and more skilled talents.The continuous development of vocational education plays a very important role in the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the nation through talents.It requires long-term planning.The huge changes in the demand for talents in accounting for enterprises have made it important for secondary vocational schools to shoulder responsibility for providing economic development and talent education,and the society attaches great importance to the quality of teaching.Therefore,in the process of cultivating accounting professional talents,secondary vocational schools should cultivate multi-level talents based on actual needs,and should cultivate accounting personnel on the premise of identifying their own development goals,and improve the employment rate and employment quality of students.In the process of talent cultivation in the accounting profession,relative to theoretical teaching,practice teaching is a weak link in the teaching process,and it is also an important reason that talent cultivation can not meet the needs of the industry.Therefore,the reform and development of secondary vocational education must also advance with the times.The design and implementation of the practical teaching system is of vital importance.It requires adaptation to modern vocational education,and the practice teaching system that emphasizes the cultivation of accounting professional competence becomes a top priority.This article focuses on A vocational and technical schools,B vocational technical schools,and three schools of C secondary technical colleges as research subjects.First,the research background,significance,and related theoretical concepts of accounting education in secondary vocational schools are elaborated,followed by secondary vocational school accounting.The status quo of the development of professional practice teaching was investigated and analyzed,and related factors and existing problems affecting the accounting professional practice teaching system were discovered,and the steps of program design for the targeted accounting practice teaching system were proposed according to the actual situation.The implementation steps and design ideas of the plan put forward the design content and design stage of the plan.Then,the implementation guarantee of the plan is proposed to help students improve their social practice ability and increase the employment rate.
