At present,with the development of Chinese economy and society and the upgrading of industrial structure,as well as the publication of the strategies of Made in China 2025 and the infrastructure construction of the countries along the Belt and Road,the demand for applied talents in the machinery industry is increasingly strong and the shortage of skilled talents has become the bottleneck of our country's economic development.As courses for mechanical and electrical engineering majors,Sensor Detection and Application Technology and PLC Control Application Technology are two independent courses set in secondary vocational schools.However,through social investigation and teaching practice in secondary vocational schools in Changchun,it is found that the contents of the two courses overlapping,the overcrowded teaching hours stressful for students,and the contents of teaching materials old.Deviant from the needs of the enterprise,students' interest in learning is not enough.Therefore,this paper simplifies and optimizes the two books into Sensor Application Technology and PLC based on systematization of enterprise project work process.This teaching material adheres to the student-oriented teaching principle of humanism learning theory,creates the teaching situation of spiral ascending teaching content with the help of constructivism learning theory,and arranges the teaching links with cognitive learning theory.Adopting the behaviorist learning theory project-based teaching method,combining the development of teaching materials with the four theoretical systems,the main line of cultivation of applied high-skill talents and the teaching thinking of sustainable development are embodied.The characteristics of the development of new teaching materials are that the task items are progressive layer by layer,connecting with the past,easy to adjust,and suitable for teaching in accordance with their aptitude.The teaching examples are suitable for practical life,which are derived from the actual situation of the enterprise and realize the combination of work and learning,school and enterprise.Teaching materials are abundant in engineering cases,reflecting the progress and creativity of the times;the characters and pictures are easy to understand and suitable for students' cognitive range;the adopting of virtual VR technology,and teaching methods,such as mobile classroom,case teaching,project teaching and experiential teaching,are helpful to stimulate students' interest in learning.The sample edition and teaching system have been tested and perfected in Changchun Machinery Industry School,and will be promoted gradually in the secondary vocational schools in the province and the nation,It is expected to make a contribution to the secondary vocational education around the country.
