Under the new situation,moral education in vocational education is attracting more and more attention,as the construction of vocational education system in China has been raised higher requirements for the moral education of vocational schools.At present,the moral education management of secondary vocational schools in China adopts the headteacher system mostly,which has prominent problems such as less time for thinking and politics education,weak professional identity and low initiative of career choice.With the increase in the implementation of the guidance counselor system in secondary vocational schools,it has made up for the deficiency of the headteacher system to a certain extent.Meanwhile,the problems highlighted by this new model are also very obvious.Unclear identity,lack of professional qualification and low occupational happiness have caused great confusion to counselors.Secondary vocational counselors need to explore a way of professional construction to deal with above problems.Based on this background and taking the counselors of Guangxi secondary vocational school as the research object,this study firstly defines the core concepts of counselors and specialization,and expounds the basic connotation and specific standards of the professionalization of secondary vocational school counselors.At the same time,from the development of modern vocational education,the needs of moral education development,the construction of moral education,the increasingly complicated ideological,the political education of secondary vocational students,the self-development of secondary vocational counselors and the self realization of the professional construction of the counselor team are demonstrated.Secondly,through the questionnaire investigation,case interview,the methods of comparative study of Guangxi secondary vocational school counselor team construction of the status of the investigation research,and put it with the condition of the secondary vocational school teacher team construction in Guangxi comparative analysis,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages,secondary vocational schools for the counselor system advantage is more obvious than the teacher in charge system.At the same time,summarizes several problems,such as inadequate attention,incomplete mechanism,poor professional quality,unclear positioning and other problems in construction of secondary vocational school counselor team.And analysis the reasons of those problems are the lack of professional concept,quality and system.At last,this study discussed about three aspects according to internal and external causes of the problems in the professional construction of secondary vocational school counselors,which are the professional orientation of the counselors,guide counselors to improve themselves,the establishment of standardized mechanism to professional development of counselors for the professional development of secondary vocational school counselors.
