Research On The Development Of Counselors' Vocational Competence From The Perspective Of Professionalization

College counselors being an important component of college students'education and management team,the quality of their vocational competence will directly influence the education quality.However,due to the changes of education objects and environments,individualized requirements and the complicated growing environment,college counselors are confronting with new challenges.In front of above changes,the professional development of counselors is extremely urgent.In this context,Vocational Competence Standards for College Counselors(Provisional)provides a guideline for the professionalization of counselors' vocational competence,also to examine the professional status of college counselors to bring a new perspective.Based on the reorganization of counselors' professional development process,by this,locating Vocational Competence Standards for College Counselors(Provisional)in the promotion of professional coordinates,introduction of the connotations of Vocational Competence Standards for College Counselors(Provisional),the professionalization of counselor' vocational competence is analyzed and the implementation and promotion of Vocational Competence Standards for College Counselors(Provisional)are explored,thus further promoting the construction path of professionalization of counselors'vocational competence.
