Reading,as one of the most indispensable elements in modern life,plays an important role in the social development of human beings.Rural junior middle school students account for the largest proportion of middle school students in China,and have a pivotal position in the future of education in China.Lingyun County of Guangxi province is located in the northwest part of Guangxi.It is one of the underdeveloped areas in the west of China.The current academic and political circles lack a deep understanding and understanding of the extracurricular reading activities of rural junior high school students,which has affected the pace of the modernization of socialist education in China.Based on the characteristics of the rural junior high school students in Lingyun County,this paper designs a set of questionnaires based on the scientific perspective to evaluate and analyze the extracurricular reading of the rural junior high school students in Lingyun County,so as to find and find the problems existing in the extracurricular reading activities of the rural junior high school students,which is a difficult problem before the political and academic interfaces.This paper first defines the concept and connotation of reading and reading,and then on the domestic and foreign rural middle school students’ extracurricular reading research literature review,based on the operational definition,the extracurricular reading of rural middle school students influence factors,and the combination of extracurricular reading theory is analyzed,and then through the design of questionnaire of science,selection some of the students in three middle schools in Guangxi Province,Lingyun County as the research object,and statistical analysis of the data,find the main problems existing in the rural junior middle school students in extracurricular reading,and finally put forward the solution,try to junior middle school students’ extracurricular reading on the meager strength.From the five factors of parents of students’ own factors,factors,teacher factors,school factors,social factors such as to develop and design the questionnaire on the survey of ruraljunior middle school students’ extracurricular reading,we found that in five of the rural middle school students in extra-curricular reading factors,factors from the students themselves is the most important and this also shows itself to the extracurricular reading is very eager to the rural junior high school students on the contrary,the factors of parents criticized the rural middle school students,this also shows that in most rural areas,parents can support is very little.At the same time,in the study,we found that there was significant difference between the five factors,which shows the different grades and different schools,educated parents,families of different income of rural junior high school students on the evaluation of the extracurricular reading is not the same,even for a specific evaluation index is not the same.The innovation of this research is to study from the perspective of students based on the individual,and develop a scientific survey,analysis of rural junior middle school students for their parents and teachers,school and society is how to affect the extracurricular reading activity,and Guangxi province Lingyun County as the research case,so the conclusion of the study does not speak generally,but has the practical significance.
