| With the rapid development of the country,the social’s demand for high school education is changing,and some outdated educational ideas and management measures are not adapted to today’s reality.And,high school students as a mature,independent generation,their future is the future of the our country,so it need a new educational management strategy which close to their psychological characteristics and the needs of the new century.Class,as the main position of daily study of high school students,is the best place to study and practice the new educational management strategy.Animation,as a cultural carrier favored by high school students,is a good reference tool for researching and practicing new educational management strategies.The research process is as follows:This paper analyzes the regional and cultural characteristics of student’s views in Guangzhou,and takes students from three middle schools in Guangzhou as the survey objects.It is concluded that in the high school class with Guangzhou as an example,there are different class’ management problems of interpersonal relationship,management mode,environment arrangement,atmosphere construction and theme activities.At the same time,this paper analyses the causes of different problems and points out the improvement direction.This paper analyzes the characteristics,values,advantages,disadvantages and applicability of different types and regions of anime,and carries out the investigation and interview on the influence of anime on the status of high school students.The survey concluded that most high school students in Guangzhou accept anime,support the concept of integrating anime into class management,and give some useful strategic advice.Combined with interview analysis and literature analysis,I work in teaching class and colleague teaching class,to integrate animation into class management practice research,combing for different aspects of the combined elements of class management strategy.Interpersonal relations,the creation of animation features of open inclusive class speaking platform;This paper puts forward the anime theme of interaction between teachers and students to strengthen interpersonal understanding and innovative communication.In the aspect of management mode,it is proposed to create the independent management class of animation characteristic team.It is proposed to create an independent management class with the characteristic of cooperation supervision.In the aspect of environmental arrangement and atmosphere construction,the thesis puts forward the anime theme environment arrangement which suits the class culture.This paper proposes to create a learning incentive system combining animation features.On the subject of class activities,it is proposed to create a comprehensive quality development of animation subject courses.Each strategy is based on the analysis,the concrete plan,the positive effect of feedback strategy and the shortcomings of improvement.According to the practical effect of integrating animation into class management strategy,this paper makes a conclusion and gives some suggestions for improving the strategy,。including the effective and feasible strategy of integrating animation into class management.The strategy use needs to pay attention to the pertinence;When implementing the class management strategy,we should mobilize the strength of every element of the class system.Cultivating students is the main body,strategy implementation is the means,can’t put the cart before the horse,and so on. |
