With the development of economy and society,the welfare system of children in our country has made great achievements in terms of scale of rescue and welfare level.At present,the abandoned children in welfare house have been well taken care of in their basic life.However,the mental and psychological levels lack the necessary attention,among which the abandoned children's peer-to-peer relationship becomes a more serious problem,and the problems existing in the peer-to-peer relationship will affect the healthy growth of the abandoned children.In order to deeply understand the problem of peer interaction among children who have lost their dependence in welfare institutions,and to better apply social work to social welfare institutions in our country,The author conducted a three-month social work practice in a A welfare home.Firstly,this chapter reviewed the related studies of peer contact among children without dependency through literature;Secondly,the author selected 6 abandoned children as the service objects by questionnaire method,the interview method and the observation method,and analyzed the needs of the abandoned children in the peer-to-peer communication.and discussed the necessity and feasibility of choosing group work methods to intervene in the children with loss of dependence to improve their peer contact.Thirdly,it introduced the use of cognitive behavior theory and advantage perspective theory,the use of group work methods to intervene in the process of improving peer communication of children without dependence,and to develop services for abandoned children with peer contact problems in welfare institutions.The purpose of this study was to improve the peer relationship and improve the ability of peer communication of children without dependence.After the activities were finished,satisfaction questionnaire and interview were used to evaluate the performance of service goals.Finally,the experiences and lessons were summarized and reflected on the basis of the activities.Put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
