| With the advancement of new curriculum reform,the high school language efficiencourse gets more and more attention from educators,in promoting efficient classroomacross the country,with individual school in the long-term practice of formed its own unique teaching modes,changed the previous traditional teaching concept.To carry out effective classroom can not only respond to current amplify the students "calls for further implementation of quality-oriented education,but also can promote teachers change the traditional teaching concept in time,keep up with the tide of times development,promote the development of students comprehensive and healthy.However,the research on efficient classroom is still in its early stage,and there are few researches on the problems and countermeasures in the efficient classroom.This article through to yan ’an experimental middle school high efficient classroom implementation present situation investigation and analysis,find the problems existing in the teaching practice,to find the reason of the problem and the implementation of efficient classroom in shanbei region,this paper tries to put forward pertinent Suggestions,also for the teaching theory of rich contribute strength.Through the observation and analysis of survey data,this paper argues that experimental middle school language is steadily promote efficient class,for efficient classroom link from self preparation to explore to display the exchange and the final assessment to consolidate is perfect;The teaching level of Chinese teachers is gradually improving,and students’ learning ability is gradually improved.However,there are also related problems,which mainly include the following four aspects: the teachers’ understanding of the effective classroom is not clear,and the group cooperation inquiry has not played a real role;Before class,teachers don’t pay much attention to the preparation of teaching cases,and the teaching objectives are one-sided and lack of innovation.The transitional use of multimedia plays down the characteristics of Chinese subjects.Formalization of teaching evaluation.The main factors that cause the above problems are the underdeveloped areas in the school.Teachers’ professional quality needsto be improved;And students’ physical and mental development characteristics.Finally based on the problems existing in the teaching and the analysis of the reason,in shanbei region,this paper sums up the effective classroom teaching mode in middle school Chinese teaching of the effective implementation of the strategy,mainly from the following three aspects:First,the school should implement the people-oriented education concept,create a good classroom environment,and cultivate students’ independent cooperation and practical ability.School leaders should be close to the classroom,close to teachers and students,and effectively solve their needs.The evaluation system of innovation should not be used as the sole indicator,and the evaluation of teachers and students should be diversified,so as to promote the classroom teaching with good teaching evaluation.Second,teachers should establish the concept of lifelong learning,Constantly improve their language quality,update their teaching concepts,and establish a classroom with students as the main body.After the integration of various aspects before the class,the teaching objectives,the scientific preparation of the guide case,the explicit teaching content and the process in the classroom,create a good classroom environment.Thirdly,after a reasonable arrangement of the study group,the students should cultivate the awareness of active learning,the ability to question problems and the awareness of cooperative learning. |
