Based on the spirit of "the decision of the Central Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on deepening the overall promotion of quality education in deepening education reform" and the promulgation of the spirit of "school sports work regulations" approved by the State Council,on the basis of summing up the sports curriculum construction and teaching reform experience of colleges and universities,China promulgated the "national ordinary higher school sports" in 2002.Guidelines for curriculum teaching(hereinafter referred to as "Outline").This outline is the basic requirement of the state in terms of physical education for college students.It is a syllabus for developing physical education curriculum in Colleges and universities in the new era.In the outline,it is clearly pointed out that the physical education course is an educational process that promotes the students' physical and mental harmonious development,ideological and moral education,cultural science education,life and sports skills education in physical activities and organic combination.It is an important way to carry out quality education and develop all-round talents.And in the objectives set up,it is also required to strengthen the mental health of the students to achieve the goal of social adaptation: showing good sports ethics and cooperative spirit,and correctly dealing with the relationship between competition and cooperation.The university campus is the place where people finally receive education before entering the society.It is the transfer station connecting campus life and social life.The life and learning methods of the university are the closest to the real society.It is the most suitable place for a person to consciously study cultural knowledge,work skills,exercise with people and train team cooperation consciousness.Square.As college students become more and more close to graduation,their knowledge of science and culture,skills and skills in dealing with problems should be more and more close to the requirements of the society.In this way,college students will be able to cope with all kinds of problems in social life after graduation.Therefore,this paper makes a comprehensive and detailed analysis of the relationship between College Students' participation in sports activities and social adaptability through literature data method,expert interview,questionnaire survey,participatory observation and interview,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and so on.The overall summary and analysis of College Students' participation in sports activities to College students'Society It will affect every aspect of adaptability,reflecting the significance of college sports activities to college students' social life and their long-term physical and mental health.Conclusion:Through investigation and interviews,the following conclusions are drawn.1.at present,college students' social adaptability is at a general level.There is no significant difference in mean between men and women,but boys score slightly higher than girls.2.there are significant differences between College Students' participation in sports activities and their learning adaptability.The more students participate in sports activities every week,the higher the score of their learning adaptability,the difference between the students' participation in sports duration and their learning adaptability is significant.When college students participate in the duration of sports activities at 30-60 min,the scores of their learning adaptability are the highest,and the differences in their participation in sports intensity and their learning adaptability are significantly different.The score of College Students' learning adaptability in moderate and slightly tired learning is much higher than that of activity intensity in almost no sense and exhaustion,and there is a significant difference between College Students' participation in sports and their learning adaptability.College Students' participation in sports activities is the highest score of learning adaptability for many people when they participate in projects.3.there are significant differences between College Students' participation in sports activities and their interpersonal skills.The more college students participate in sports activities each week,the higher their interpersonal communication ability scores,and the differences in their participation in sports duration and interpersonal communication ability are significantly different.When college students participate in sports activities at 30-60 min,their interpersonal communication ability score is the highest,and the difference of College Students' participation in physical activity is significantly different from their interpersonal communication ability.When the college students participate in the moderate intensity of sports activities,their interpersonal communication ability score is the highest,and the differences of students' participation in sports activities are significantly different from their interpersonal communication ability.The scores of interpersonal communication ability of college students participating in sports events are much higher than those of other two types of sports activities.4.the differences in the number of sports activities,the duration of participation in sports,the difference of participation in sports intensity,the difference of participation in sports events and their adaptability to life have no significant difference.
