In modern society,fitness has become an important and necessary part of human health and happiness.From now the public fitness,the fitness center,etc are the size of the commercial fitness venues in explosive growth,especially in the coastal areas or relatively rapid urban economic development,people pursue health at the same time,accompanied by some mess happen again,too,many merchants in order to make money,to open to booking regardless the gym management quality problem,for the sake of interests but ignores the general fitness enthusiasts.Some gym coach level is low,and quite a few people "mid-career" as a coach,in their own positions of lack of credibility,confidence,career self-efficacy is low,make its lead to job burnout,job-hopping,frequent change of position,which affects their own can employ force level.Therefore,it is of practical significance to alleviate the burnout of fitness instructors and improve the individual's sense of occupational efficacy.This research mainly adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other research methods,for xi 'an fitness club coach career self-efficacy,job burnout and the relationship between each other can employ force on deep mining,by collecting and organizing the literature,established a certain theoretical basis,and put forward related assumptions,on the basis of the hypothesis testing and using statistical methods,so as to prove that the current problems of a gym coach,hope to be able to cause the attention of the fitness club managers,will be controlled within the scope of the risk to a minimum,to ensure the sustainable and healthy operation of the gym,to ensure the rights of fitness enthusiasts.In this paper,SPSS19.0 was used for statistical analysis of data,and the results showed that:1?Through demographic analysis,subjects' age mainly concentrated in the age of25,accounting for 52.6% of the total sample,men accounted for 60.7% of the total sample,56.3% of the subjects had the qualifications for the University;2?Occupation burnout and occupation effectiveness of fitness coach in Xi'an city.There is a significant negative correlation between occupation burnout,more serious,will lead to anger,anxiety,low self-esteem and other symptoms appear to reduce the coaches,the level of self-efficacy;3?There is a significant negative correlation between the fitness coach of Xi'an city occupation burnout and employment capacity,the degree of job burnout of fitness coach is more serious,it will significantly reduce the employment stress level,job burnout will enable individuals to cut investment will be low efficiency,therebyreducing the dimensions of the level of employment stress;4?Xi'an City fitness coach occupation Self-Efficacy Sense and employment stress have significant positive correlation,that is the sense of fitness coach occupation self-efficacy level is higher,it will significantly improve the personal employment level;5?Occupation of Xi'an in and the effectiveness of fitness sense plays a mediating role between occupation burnout and employment stress,namely occupation burnout can through occupation self-efficacy affect employment,therefore,each Xi'an City fitness club should pay attention to the training of occupation fitness coach's sense of efficiency.6?Reduce fitness coach occupation burnout: pay attention to the training of coaches of professional quality,establish a reasonable salary punishment system,workload and working time,set reasonable regularly carry out exchange activities,the establishment of a good system of promotion;occupation efficacy of Students Fitness Instructor: help trainer design reasonable occupation career development planning,the establishment of incentive work the feedback mechanism,humanized management;enhance the fitness coach employment force: employment force dimension into the recruitment standards,encourage employees to go out to participate in the exchange industry.
