Objective:Badminton is one of the most popular sports events in the world today. However, ankle injury is one of the most common injuries of badminton.Through the sports education professional badminton college students to perform functional action screening, and ankle joint strength and stability for a period of 8 weeks, for early detection of movement possible risks, corrective action in compensatory or muscle imbalance,to effectively prevent ankle injury in badminton, improve athletic performance has positive significance. Methods:This study through Functional Movement Screen(FMS)and Y-blance(YBT),pick out in accordance with the inclusion criteria of 20 Xi'an Physical Education University 2015 grade badminton students, were randomly divided into experimental group(male 10)and control group(male 10).Before the training intervention,in the experimental group, the strength and stability of the ankle joint were trained for 8 weeks. The control group only took the badminton special course and daily life activities. Two in the intervention group four and eight weeks respectively after the test project, and in 8 weeks after the intervention of the two groups of subjects again FMS evaluation and Y-balance test,at the end of the experiment before and after the data for statistical analysis.Results:(1)30 seconds of single foot heel in two groups before and after the comparison:The number of toes before the experiment the experimental group and the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05),and after the experiment, the difference between the two groups was obvious and the results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Two sets of timed run score before the experiment in comparison:The improvement of the experimental group was significantly higher than that before the experiment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the pre experiment(P>0.05).(3)The comparison between the two groups before and after the experiment on the balance mat and single foot:The standing time in the experimental group was significantly higher than that before training(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in the control group(P>0.05).(4)The comparison of two groups before and after the experiment of balance ability tester:There was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment(P>0.05).After the experiment, the deviation of the three directions was significantly smaller than the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in the control group(P>0.05).(5)Comparison of the two groups of ankle joint activity before and after the experiment:After the training, the experimental group was significantly improved(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the control group and the pre experiment(P<0.05).(6)The standing long jump of two groups of experiments before and after comparison:There was no significant improvement in both the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),which may be due to the shorter training time.(7)The FMS involved an ankle movement and two sets of tests before and after:There was no significant difference in the two scores between the two groups before the experiment. After the experiment, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the experiment group(P<0.01),and there was also a significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).(8)The comparison of the two groups before and after the YBT experiment:The contrast between the two sides of the experimental group before and after the training was significantly reduced(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)In the eight week ankle intervention experiment, targeted ankle strength training can significantly improve the score of badminton college students involved in ankle movements in FMS.(2)In the eight week ankle joint intervention experiment, the ankle joint strength training under unstable state can obviously improve the balance of the strength and stability of the lower limbs of the badminton special college students.(3)Eight weeks of ankle intervention training has a significant effect on improving the physical balance ability of badminton special students.(4)On the basis of eight weeks of ankle joint intervention training, combined with functional exercise training, the special quality of badminton special college students can be effectively improved...
