In this thesis,functional movement screening is used to test,evaluate and diagnose the movement limitations and asymmetry of high-level college badminton players,and find that their basic movement patterns are impaired or defective.According to the screening results,the functional intervention training program is developed,so as to effectively improve the use of functional training on functional movement screening score and lower the compensatory movements,which can reduce the risk of sports injuries during training of high-level badminton players in college students.Based on functional movement screening and intervention training to improve the functional movement pattern and sports injury risk of high-level badminton players in college students as the research object,this thesis selects 14 high-level college badminton players with functional movement screening score lower than 14 points from the badminton team of Hunan Normal University by using the methods of literature consultation,Delphi,experiment,observation and mathematical statistics.The experimental group is trained by 20 weeks of functional intervention,while the control group is trained by traditional quality training.In view of this,the findings are as follows:(1)33 scientific functional intervention training methods have been constructed on thebasis of shoulder joints and hip joints for college badminton players.(2)according to the results of functional movement screening of high-level badminton players in colleges,the design of targeted intervention training can significantly improve the total score of functional movement screening,and the scores of seven movement modes from experimental groups have different ranges of changes,among which squat,hurdle,lunge squat,trunk stability push-up and rotation stability increase significantly.(3)after 20 weeks of functional intervention training,the movement pattern of college high-level badminton players from experimental groups has been improved to a certain extent.The compensatory movements have gradually decreased,while the effect is more obvious.(4)the risk of sports injury of high-level college badminton players is reduced to a certain extent with the increase of functional movement screening scores and the decrease of compensatory movements,which has a certain practical value for reducing the injury rate of players.
