Tennis came to China in the mid-19 th century,and with the development of history it took root in China.With its unique sports charm,tennis has been popularized and popularized in Chinese society and colleges and universities.The development in the university also received the enthusiasm and the participation of the students,gradually converted this one sport into the University sports curriculum content,became the badminton,table tennis after another ball sport.The rapid development of tennis in colleges and universities in Shaanxi province,but in higher vocational colleges,but has been hampered by certain reasons,so that the development of tennis in higher vocational colleges is not very smooth.Therefore,it is helpful to find out the main factors that hinder the popularization and development of tennis,which can promote the promotion and development of tennis in colleges and universities of Shaanxi province,and reflect the development significance of this sport in Shaanxi province.This research mainly takes the present state of tennis in the public vocational colleges in xi'an as the object of study,and takes the teachers and students involved in tennis as the object of investigation,mainly using the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to investigate the present state of tennis in the eight public vocational colleges in xi'an,through the concrete analysis of the present situation of the development of tennis in the public vocational colleges in xi'an.To find out the obstacles to the development of this sport in the public vocational colleges in xi'an,and give some measures and suggestions to improve it,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for the development and promotion of tennis in Shaanxi vocational colleges.According to the conclusion of the research: 1.The students in the public vocational colleges in Xi'an all like tennis more and hope they can participate in it.2.Tennis has not been paid much attention to in the public vocational colleges in Xi'an,and there is a serious lack of construction and maintenance of tennis materials and facilities.The work of the tennis club in higher vocational colleges is not mature enough,and it stays in the initial stage of formation.This greatly hinders the development of tennis in the higher vocational colleges in Xi'an.3.It is necessary to improve the view of the education authorities of the public vocational colleges in Xi'an,promote the construction of the tennis curriculum,accelerate the construction of the tennis infrastructure,introduce high-quality tennis teachers to improve theoverall teachers 'professional literacy,further improve the development of the school community work,and actively participate in various competitions organized by provincial and municipal units,so as to improve the rapid development of tennis in the public vocational colleges in Xi'an.
