Normal universities and colleges are the main bases for cultivating future teachers.The public courses in teachers colleges are necessary courses for cultivating the educational beliefs and educational wisdom of normal students,embodying teachers' nature and cultivating qualified teachers,its importance is self-evident.However,at present,there is a general situation of low interest in students' learning and a lack of motivation in the classroom teaching of Chinese teachers.The literature review finds that the current reform of classroom teaching in normal colleges focuses on the reform of classroom teaching in normal colleges from the perspective of "teaching" by teachers.It seems that the analysis of classroom teaching reform in normal colleges from the perspective of student "learning" seems to be ignored,there is less research in this area.As for the current status of classroom teaching in normal colleges,it is not difficult to find that,based on the "teaching by learning ",the reform method of classroom teaching in the public courses in normal universities is the easiest way to implement and easiest to succeed in schools.Therefore,the author chose to use the local teaching concept of"teaching by learning" to deeply analyze the connotation and ideological foundation of the idea of ? "teaching by learning ",and analyzed the necessity of "teaching by learning" to enter the classroom teaching in normal colleges.In view of the feasibility of the current situation of the classroom teaching of normal colleges and universities,this paper proposes the reform method of the classroom teaching of the common curriculum based on the idea of "teaching by learning" and analyzes the implementation effects and deficiencies.Finally,it discusses how to ensure the three teaching methods.The effective implementation was elaborated.This thesis mainly discusses from the following aspects:The first part expounds the theoretical basis,connotation,characteristics and value pursuit of "teaching by learning".The second part introduces the necessity and feasibility of introducing "teaching by learning" into public classroom in normal universities.The necessity is mainly from the four aspects of "teaching by learning" to adapt to the reform of elementary education,to promote the improvement of the teaching methods in the classroom a,to promote the development of the students' own quality and improving students' initiative and enthusiasm for learning.The feasibility is mainly analyzed from the aspects of the physical and mental characteristics and learning characteristics of the students in the normal college,the qualities and abilities of the teachers in the normal college,and the teaching environment of the normal college.The third part mainly introduces the current situation,problems and causes of the current classroom teaching of normal colleges.Mainly through classroom observation and non-structural interviews interviewed students and teachers in the normal university teachers in the current situation of the classroom teaching of public courses,and analyze the existing problems and causes.The fourth part is mainly based on the "teaching by learning" normal college classroom teaching improvement.This part is the focus of this study,and this section was analyzed based on the teaching mode.Mainly include functional goals,operating procedures,implementation conditions,evaluation methods,case presentation and implementation of the effects and deficiencies and other aspects.The fifth part mainly introduces the guarantee of improving the implementation of classroom teaching based on "teaching by learning" in normal colleges.It is mainly elaborated in three aspects: schools,teachers and students.The innovation of this article is that the research perspective is innovative.Firstly,most researches on "teaching by learning" in our country focus on primary and secondary school classrooms.There is less research on the classroom teaching of normal colleges and universities.Secondly,at present,most of the classroom teaching researches in the public courses of teachers' colleges in China are based on teachers.From the perspective of "teaching" to propose a solution strategy,this study constructs three perspectives from the perspective of students' "learning" through the analysis of the concept of "teaching by learning " and combining with the reality of classroom teaching in normal colleges and the physical and mental characteristics of students in normal universities.The teaching methods applicable to classroom teaching in normal colleges and universities are less burdensome and easy to operate.Through student's independent participation,students' interest in learning is cultivated,and students' motivation for learning is stimulated from the inside,and then students' self-learning ability,practical ability and scientific research ability are improved,in the hope of improving the classroom teaching quality of the public courses in normal universities.
