Research On Security Mechanism Of Senior-university's Operation In Taiwan

As the aging of the population continues to deepen,the elderly population continues to grow,and the demand for Senior citizen education is increasing.At present,China's senior citizen education resources are insufficient and uneven distribution,which cannot satisfy the education needs of the elderly.In particular,the enthusiasm of colleges and universities for hosting senior-universities is not very high.There are a number of problems exist in senior-university hosting by university,such as the number of senior-university is few,and lack of security mechanisms.As a result,the operation of senior-university hosting by university s is not good or even very difficult.It is one of the social service functions of colleges and universities to handle senior-universities and participate in elderly education.It is also an incumbent social responsibility of colleges and universities.Therefore,the construction of a reasonable security mechanism to promote the normal operation of senior-universities is a problem that needs urgent solution.Taiwan region innovating the form of senior education and implementing a plan for senior-universities in universities.The meaning of senior-university is as follow: university opening the university campus and applies the University's rich human and material resources to provide systematic and knowledgeable learning opportunities for senior citizens over the age of 55,so that the university plays a more active role in the aging society,and take more social responsibility.At present,senior-university has performed well and various safeguard mechanisms have been continuously improved.Its educational goals have basically been achieved.Therefore,this study takes the security mechanism of Senior-university's Operation as the research object,and carries out an in-depth analysis of the security mechanism of the running of Senior-university's Operation,and then draws lessons from it,so as to provide reference for the improvement of the security mechanism for the operation of the senior-university in colleges and universities.This study is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction part.This part is mainly introduced research background from six aspects: research origin,research purpose and significance,literature review,theoretical basis,concept definition,research design.The second part is the development history and current status of the senior-university.This part is summarized the development and current situation of senior-university from three aspects: the background,development history of senioruniversity,the current status of senior-university.The third part mainly discusses the constitute elements of operational guarantee mechanism for Senior-university.Law and policy,funds,quality supervision,organizational management,instruction resources,curriculum and etc.guarantee mechanisms are summarized from two perspectives of external and internal guarantee mechanisms.The fourth part analyzes the effectiveness of the operation guarantee mechanism of senior-university.Selecting NPTU as a case study,through interviews,questionnaires,etc.,to analyze the effectiveness of the protection mechanism,and to obtain the features and deficiencies of its protection mechanism.The fifth chapter depicts that the guarantee mechanisms of Senioruniversity have numerous implications for Senior Citizen University's.The author takes the guarantee mechanisms of Senior-university for a reference and combines with the practical dilemmas of Senior Citizen University,which it puts forward some suggestions.For example,sound legal policy and improve law security mechanism,improve management system and fine down organizational guarantee mechanism,provide funds for running school and improve security mechanism of funds,design multiple curriculums and improve its mechanism,integrate instruction resources and improve investment guarantee mechanism,ensure the quality of teaching and improve quality supervision mechanism.
