The national physical health issue is the focus of the country's attention.When considering the future of the motherland,students' physical health issues have received extensive attention.The indicators of physical fitness in primary and secondary schools develop rapidly,and the intellectual and psychological development reaches a peak.The gradual development of behavioral habits is a crucial period for students' physical and mental development.As a result,the relevant contents of the school sports work in China clearly point out that it is necessary to improve students' physical health and promote their physical and mental health.Combining with the current hotspots of smart wearable devices for mobile smart devices,smart wearable devices are analyzed from the function and development accessibility to expect to find an effective combination of smart wearable devices and school sports work.The paper mainly uses literature research methods,case study methods,investigation methods,observation methods,and other research methods to conduct research on the subject,focusing on government policy,economic conditions,technical environment,and the analysis of the feasibility of combining smart wearable devices and the monitoring of physical activity in primary school pupils from the perspective of parents,schools,and related management departments.From the analysis of the condition and necessity,the conclusion that smart wearable devices can be effectively combined with primary and middle school students' physical exercise monitoring can be concluded.This paper is based on the realization of smart wearable devices in the primary and middle school campus,which monitor students' physical exercise,cooperate with related sports workers to effectively carry out school sports work,and improve the students' physical fitness level.It puts forward an implementation plan that smart wearable devices monitor physical exercise for primary and secondary school and lay a solid foundation from theory to practice.Explore the specific implementation plan of the intelligent wearable device monitoring primary and secondary school students' training exercise process,including three aspects:(1)Design smart wearable device form and function that meets the characteristics of primary and middle school students.The form adopts an easy-to-wear wristband form,and functional design including: heart rate monitoring,exercise pedometer,exercise path,blood pressure monitoring,blood oxygen monitoring,sleeping monitoring.(2)Applying smart wearable devices specifically to several aspects of physical education in schools: physical education and physical training,as well as activities between classes and extra-curricular activities,real-time monitoring of the physical exercise process of primary and middle school students,and collecting heart rate,calorie consumption,steps and trajectories,physical exercise data such as blood pressure and blood oxygen,and personal data such as academic performance,sports scores,and height and weight;(3)Analyze the collected data and present the data analysis report.By monitoring the heart rate,we can get students exercise intensity and duration;through calculation,we can also get the student's session energy consumption,understand the overall situation of primary and secondary school students' physical exercise;through step counting and trajectory monitoring,we can grasp the student's exercise steps and exercise trajectory situation.By monitoring the blood oxygen pressure changes of primary and secondary students,we can analyze the impact of different physical exercise intensity on students' physical indicators;through the monitoring of the sleep quality of primary and middle school students,we can understand the impact of physical exercise on students' sleep quality;through students collective personal data changes,combined with the specific circumstances of physical exercise,we can also analyze the specific effects of different physical exercise intensity and amount of activity on the academic performance of students,the role on sports performance and physical development promoting effect.Finally,this paper studies how the data collected by smart wearable devices can realize its application value.Through analysis,it draws conclusions:(1)The real-time monitoring of student's physical exercise data can more effectively manage school sports work,scientifically guide primary and middle school students to participate in physical training in schools,and improve the level of physical health of primary school students and share to the parents,the general public,and relevant government management departments through the data management platform,who participate in the supervision and management of school sports work.(2)Analysis of student's physical exercise data can help physical teachers to better complete physical education and training and other related sports work,scientifically arrange physical and extracurricular activities for primary and middle school students,improve the quality of primary and middle school students' physical exercise,and effectively promote the school sports work model reforms.(3)To change the traditional evaluation system for sports work,it is to assess the sports performance of primary and secondary school students not only in sports performance but also in the performance of the entire physical training process;to make the evaluation of physical teachers more specific,meeting the standards of physical exercise for primary and secondary school students can be a reference for assessing whether physical teachers are effective in organizing physical training for students;the development of physical education in schools is focused on the long-term development of students after graduation,and comprehensive evaluation of students is conducted.(4)The smart wearable device monitors primary and middle school students' physical exercise and collects related physical exercise data and personal data,which can provide reference for the development of related primary and middle school students' sports policies.(5)Data collected from primary and middle school students through smart wearable devices and personal data of primary and middle school students form a multi-dimensional student database providing personalized sports services for primary and secondary school students.(6)The relevant departments can construct a large student sports database to understand the differences in the level of development of students in the same age group and the difference in physical exercise.It is also possible to compare the differences in level of students' development at different stages of development,which will help promote the construction of national big data.
