The theory and practice of reading promotion is an important part of the field of library science research.Many studies in library science involve the question of “how effective reading promotion can be”.Reading promotion is a systematic,organized reading activity;that is,it contains an understanding of the theory and a validation of the practice.The primary school period is an important stage for the development of children,and it is a critical period for cultivating their good reading habits.External interference of children in this stage through the form of activities can effectively help children learn and understand.Scholars at home and abroad have conducted many reading and promotion of different methods(picture book reading,parent-child reading,classic reading,digital reading,etc.)The empirical research also proposes relevant design and framework for different types of promotion methods.The birth of this form of listening to books depends on the development of audiobooks.Current research shows that listening to books can play a positive guiding role for children and help improve children's listening ability,reading comprehension,and communication and communication skills.Listening to books not only has a wide range of applications in the education sector.With the continuous development of science and technology and the deep-seated needs of reading and promotion for innovation,it will combine listening with reading and promotion in order to have a positive effect on promoting children's reading.Studying the reading promotion effect of children's listening to books helps to construct a more effective and reasonable reading promotion program,and combines new reading promotion methods to increase its influence.With the theoretical and practical significance of this study,a new exploration was made on the effect of primary school students' reading and writing.Combined with the existing researches on children's reading promotion and listening,this study proposes three questions:(1)What is the difference between listening and traditional reading in reading promotion activities?(2)What are the factors that affect the effect of listening?(3)Can listening books promote reading and promotion activities? The study adopted a combination of experimental methods and questionnaires to third and fifth grade students in the primary school as subjects,and studies 2 and 3 as children participating in public library children's reading promotion activities and the parents of children participating in the reading promotion activities were divided into three parts.The purpose of the study was to investigate the effect of listening on primary school students' reading and compare it with traditional reading promotion methods.The relationship between reading promotion methods and children's reading ability;the purpose of Study 2 is to explore what factors pupils will be affected by when they listen to books,including the analysis of external and internal factors;the purpose of Study 3 is to explore the The role of children's reading promotion and to recognize the readability of listening to books by parents of primary school students,and hopes to promote parents' participation in reading through the launch of activities.Research indicates:(1)Listening to books has a significant role in promoting the reading of pupils;(2)The correct use of listening can also help the imagination of primary school students(3)Listening to books also has its own limitations.The following points need to be taken into account when it is used as an activity mode: it is applied to collective reading activities;the venues for which the activities are held should be relatively independent;the activities must be prepared in advance and must be combined with each activity.The content features are planned separately;in order to ensure the effectiveness of listening to books,the age of the people facing the event should not be too small.(4)Listening can increase children's reading interest;(5)Listening books are easily accepted by guardians and have a high degree of recognition.Finally,through the analysis of the research results,discussing the primary reading strategies of pupils who listen to audiobooks.All kinds of preliminary preparations for reading and promotion activities should be made,and the implementation plan for the activities should be adjusted objectively and subjectively,and the effects before and after the activities should be evaluated in order to continuously improve and optimize the reading promotion strategies.
