With the continuous deepening of quality education and the gradual advance of new curriculum reform,the self-management of high school students has become the focus of attention in the society.The dominant position of high school students in learning,the cultivation of innovative consciousness and the improvement of comprehensive quality become the main indicators to measure whether students can manage themselves.The high school period is an important stage of student self-management.In this stage,community activities and class learning should focus on the cultivation of high school students' personalities,continue to stimulate students' enthusiasm in self-management,improve student self-management capabilities.It's purpose is to make students knowing themselves comprehensively through self-management.To comprehensively understand autonomous management status come from high school students of E middle school,this study based on the value theory of Marxism and Humanism Psychology Theory,embarking from the student individual and prepares questionnaires from two perspectives: high school students' self-management status and influencing factors.The number of students involved in the investigation was as high as 1,600,who came from in the first and second grades of this school.Considering the self-management of high school students,there are still many deficiencies in schools.This study analyzed the causes of the problems from the perspectives of education system,school administration,family education,and study on self-management practice of high school students.After that,the author made three suggestions on how to improve the independent management of high school students in E middle school according to the four levels of research.First,strengthen promotion and publicity and formulate system standards.we should improve every stage of students' autonomous management and form a scientific and effective in every way cooperation mechanism.,and setting up experiential teaching links to cultivate students' sense of autonomy.Secondly,teachers should make a positive evaluation and encourage students,strengthening the ideological and moral construction of the students and improving the comprehensive management ability of the teachers.Thirdly,change the way of family management,cultivating students' ability of self-management and students should have the right ability to self evaluate.To transform the traditional education that is teachers and parents centered management model and parents arranged model,giving full play to the students' initiative and enthusiasm of participating in student self-management and self-life management,making the students' subjectivity,initiative and creativity in gradually being developed and improved in the autonomic management.At the same time,the implementation of students' autonomous management mode can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of school management,make that student self-management go to a new height.
