The newly issued "General High School Geography Curriculum Standards" in2017 clearly stated that it is necessary to help students understand and learn to use geographic information technology.As a virtual globe software,Google Earth integrates the unique features of RS,GIS and GPS.Its image has the advantages of image visualization,three-dimensionality,and rich data.This study analyzes the application of Google Earth in geography teaching in middle schools and the status quo of the development of curriculum resources at home and abroad,and analyzes the shortcomings of current research.Taking this as the research direction,the development of high school natural geography curriculum resources based on Google Earth was developed.Through the method of statistical analysis,the questionnaires for teacher-issued collection are analyzed to obtain feedback.The main conclusions are: First,the use of Google Earth as a tool and platform for the development of geography curriculum resources is feasible,simple operation,strong development;Second,the use of Google Earth geography curriculum resources for teaching,enriches the geography teaching material,expand The curriculum resources that can be used in the teaching process have a certain role in cultivating the students' geographical core qualities,especially the regional cognition and comprehensive thinking ability.Thirdly,the first-line high school geography teachers have a good evaluation of the curriculum resources developed by this institute.Can provide a new method and new vision for geography classroom teaching.It is hoped that it will provide inspiration and reference for the development and utilization of geography curriculum resources.The content of this article includes seven parts: The first part is preface.Through the methods of literature analysis and statistical analysis,based on the education informationization,the maturity of information technology development and the background of new curriculum reform implementation and the research status at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of this study are determined.,research content,research methods and ideas;the second part mainly introduces some relevant concepts and theoretical basis for the development of curriculum resources based on Google Earth;the third part is the introduction to the function of Google Earth and the advantages of using Google Earth to develop curriculum resources.The method and method of its development;the fourth part is the display of the development results ofthis research,which is also the focus of this article.This part is mainly based on the content requirements of the 2017 new curriculum standards and the framework of geographic knowledge,and selects some suitable Google for classroom teaching.The curriculum resources in Earth are presented as the development results of this research.The fifth part is taking the river landform as an example,applying the developed curriculum resources to the case design in teaching.The sixth part is based on the nature of the teachers' development of the Institute.Geography-related high school geography curriculum resources do The evaluation questionnaires analyzed that the curriculum resources in Google Earth can indeed be used to assist teaching;the seventh part is the summary and prospect of this study.
