Research On The Practice Of Social Work Intervention In Community Custody

Children's groups are a special group that needs special attention.They are weak and lack self-care ability.They need guardianship of society,schools,and families to thrive,but with social and economic development and the emancipation of woman's labor force,care has taken place in families."Vacuum",child care came into being.In order to improve the childcare industry and the children's growth and development,this article has conducted a relatively comprehensive study of community custody,including the exploration of the mode of community custody,the effects and deficiencies of social workers in custody,and various subjects(community neighborhood committees,community properties,social workers,etc.).The interaction process between parents and children has analyzed the issues and causes of community trusteeship,and combined with their own internships and community custody policies in Wuhan,they have explored some measures for achieving sustainable development of M community custody.This research adopts a qualitative research method to observe long-term participation in the status of community trusteeship,and establish a good colleague relationship with social workers who have long served in community trusteeship.With their help,they will work with community neighborhood committees,community residents and trustees.Parents of children had different levels of contact and gained a lot of information through interviews.In order to explore the influence of social workers' intervention on trusteeship,the focus of this study is on custody of children.In the service,we use the advantage perspective theory,group dynamics theory,and social ecosystem theory as a guide to apply the practice methods of groups and cases to children.Intervention,and interventional effects were evaluated through interviews and observations.The study found that the intervention of social workers has a very significant effect on the improvement of community functions,the creation of a community spiritual and cultural atmosphere,the harmony of family relationships,and the healthy growth of children(especially problem children).Second,there are many shortcomings in the involvement of social workers.From two perspectives,one of the social workers' own deficiencies,such as lack of professionalism,lack of professional ethics,and non-standard social management institutions,etc.;second,the external environment.The bondage,such as insufficient funds,low social awareness,weak power and so on.Finally,this study refers to the previous research results and their own practical practices,exploratory from the government,community,school and family,several aspects put forward some improvement measures,while the current community hosting model has been optimized and improved.We hope to help the development ofcommunity custody and provide children with a better hosting environment.
