Practice And Reflection Of The Child Custody Community Care

In the process of socialization,children need not only the material guarantee of the external world but also the spiritual support of family,community,school and society.However,with the zooming improvement of economy and reform of social structure,the living environment of children is in profound change.Nowadays,some parents are busy with work but not take care of their children all day,which leads children lack of care during afterschool;some parents have to go to work outside for surviving so that they are in the absence of children growth.Due to live in the world without parents' love,the children are introvert and solitary and they are afraid of touch with society.Community is another stage for socialization of children and also has the ability to offer professional services.It can provide custody care for children as well as establish safety and healthy environment for their growth.This thesis takes the “90 Minutes Class” which was declared by X County Volunteer Federation of Jiangxi province as the research sample.According to research and analysis to the project,the author finds that community care is pretty important for children in the case of society structure,community function,family conflict and children themselves.Community care can give children basic attention and protect them in the safe and comfort environment without guarding to avoid unwanted harm.Meanwhile,it also integrates professional idea and skill of social work and increase the form of community care.In the process of care,carrying out professional social work case and group activity is conductive to help children solve difficulty and build safe and happy childhood.This thesis aims at the current situation of children community care.The author advices that our county should continue to perfect child protection policy and propel its implementation.On the one hand,community should accelerate construction and improvement;On the other hand,it should bring its superiority into full play to cooperate with other communities,thus strengthening community residents' happiness.Family should give more concern to our children in material guarantee and spiritual love.Also social organizations ought to serve children professionally and social workers ought to act their personal parts well and exploit the advantages to the full.Finally,all sectors of society should care more about children beside them and offer them safe and healthy living environment.
