The Problems And Countermeasures Of Higher Vocational Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Hubei Province From The Perspective Of Ecology

Innovation and entrepreneurship education play a vital role in enhancing the influence of higher vocational education and expanding the appeal of vocational education.The teaching method based on operation,the course scheme designed on practical activities and the cooperative governance mode implemented by school will lay a firm foundation for higher vocational colleges to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education.However,the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is not well because of its insufficient practice.Based on the research of the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Higher vocational colleges in Hubei province,we devote to find out the main problem and its reason,then put forward some strategies in ecological version.Specifically,we got the main problems in higher vocational innovation and entrepreneurship education in Hubei Province through questionnaire survey,interviewing.they are the problems in students,teachers,enterprise personnel and management personnel who participate in innovation and entrepreneurship,the insufficient environmental construction and the insufficient management mechanism.these questions above could be concluded into three aspects in ecological view: the low“ecological adaptability",a terrible ecological environment construction and an ineffective ecological function.In order to solve these problems,we propose an ecological strategy of "overall linkage and system balance" to run the whole ecosystem.For example,building a three-party complementary management system of school-enterprise-government to improve the ecological adaptability of species,realizing the teaching-training-production linkage program to broaden the ecological transmission path,and constructing an integrated structure of knowledge-culture-environment to expand the ecological environment.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly elaborates the background and significance of the topic,summarizes literatures at home and abroad,defines the theme of this paper,and puts forward main research methods and framework.The second illustrates the theory of ecology and draws the research framework of ecology.The third introduces the process and results of empirical research and analyzes the problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province.The fourth chapter analyzes the causes of the problems through ecological theory.And the fifth puts forward the ecological development strategy of innovation and entrepreneurship of higher vocational colleges in Hubei Province from the perspective of ecology.Then the last chapter is the conclusion.
