Research On Performance Evaluation Of Scientific Research Of Heilongjiang Polytechnic

Management of scientific research is essential work for scientific research in colleges and universities,with the economic and social development,the state investment in higher occupation colleges' scientific research activities continues to increase,the higher occupation colleges scientific research management performance has attracted more and more attention.How to evaluate the scientific research management in higher vocational college's performance has caused widespread concern of society,there is a growing demand for scientific management of scientific research projects in higher vocational colleges.This thesis takes Heilongjiang Polytechnic as the research object,through the analysis of the present situation of Heilongjiang Polytechnic's scientific research management,analysis and summary of existing in the current scientific research management problem in the work,combined with the actual situation of the scientific management of the Heilongjiang Polytechnic,drawing on the successful experience of scientific research management performance evaluation of universities at home and abroad,the paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of scientific research management in Heilongjiang Polytechnic.On this basis,using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,constructing the evaluation model of Heilongjiang Polytechnic research management performance,and this model is applied to the performance evaluation of scientific research management in Heilongjiang Polytechnic.Finally,according to the evaluation results,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further enhance the scientific research management performance of Heilongjiang Polytechnic.This paper constructs a corresponding evaluation index system and evaluation model for the research project performance of Heilongjiang Polytechnic,and the thesis has significance in two aspects: On the one hand,the evaluation index system and model operation are simple and convenient,which can better evaluate the performance of scientific research projects.On the other hand,the research of papers also enriches the theory of scientific research projectmanagement in higher vocational colleges,which has meanings in theory and practice.
