Network public opinion issues for the current government governance work,has a very important impact.The issue of public opinion management has become an important issue that must be considered in the construction of service-oriented government since the 21 st century.With the rapid development of China's social economy,people's awareness of democracy has been rising and the enthusiasm of politics has been unprecedentedly high.Network as a platform for public expression,as people concerned about the hot things important to rely on,through the network platform,you can express their own public opinion to better reflect.In this background environment,the network public opinion management ability is directly related to the government's ability to govern,how to deal with network public opinion,to avoid public opinion expansion,affect the government prestige and credibility,the government should consider the important issues of public opinion.In this paper,the local government network public opinion governance acts as the object of study,exploring the local government network public opinion related issues.First of all,elaborated the theory of network public opinion management.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of public opinion management of local government network,finding out the problems existing in the process of public opinion management by local government,and exploring the causes of problems.The government is affected by the traditional concept of the nature of the network public opinion and connotation to grasp improperly,resulting in public opinion processing methods are not scientific,unreasonable,not timely,leading to frequent network of public opinion crisis.In view of these problems,the local government network public opinion management process,should improve the management ability,correctly guide the network public opinion,strengthen the coordination of multi-sectoral cooperation.Through the research and analysis of this paper,we hope to provide some reference value to the public opinion management of local government network.
