| With the rapid development of economy and society,the demand for human resource managers is increasing gradually.The state attaches great importance to vocational education,especially to secondary vocational education.Education gradually shifts the core of teaching from teachers to students and actively promotes student-oriented education.This not only requires teachers to constantly update and improve teaching methods,means and content.In addition,students are required to have solid theoretical knowledge,cooperative and innovative spirit and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Therefore,the secondary vocational school teaching reform is imperative.The theory of learning mainly discusses the formation of the nature of human learning and the mechanism of learning.Applying it to classroom teaching is helpful to improve the quality of teaching.Under the guidance of the study theory,teachers can combine the learning theory with the teaching content,teaching process,teaching means and teaching evaluation through in-depth study under the guidance of the theory of learning.In the teaching of resource management courses,the teaching status of the traditional "full hall irrigation" is improved.At present,most of the study theories are focused on Chinese,mathematics,history and chemistry in the study of Chinese and foreign,and the teaching and student classes of secondary vocational schools and the course of "human resource management" in secondary vocational schools.There is little research and analysis of the situation.Under the guidance of learning theory,through teaching practice,combining the characteristics of human resources subject,this paper analyzes the learning situation of secondary vocational school students,improves the teaching design,and stimulates the students’ learning motivation.Explore the application of learning theory in the course of Human Resource Management.The first chapter introduces the research background,significance,research content,research methods,technical route and the current research situation at home and abroad.The second chapter defines the core concepts of this paper and analyzes the learning theory.The third chapter focuses on the current teaching situation of the course "Human Resources Management" in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of learning motivation and learning.According to these dimensions,teachers and students are interviewed to analyze the problems.The fourth chapter focuses on the reform of the teaching process of the course "Human Resource Management" in secondary vocational schools.According to the results of investigation and analysis,the author explores a set of teaching design which is conducive to the development of teachers’ teaching and students’ development from the aspects of teaching content,process and teaching evaluation.Take the human resources training as an example to carry on the teaching redesign.Finally,the fifth chapter summarizes the teaching and application of learning theory in the course of Human Resource Management in secondary vocational schools,and expounds the problems that may exist or should be paid attention to. |
