The key to a good university lies in teachers' ability to build a high-quality team of teachers,which is directly related to the development of university teaching,scientific research and social services.Since the establishment of the new China,the management system of teachers in higher education has been continuously reformed and deepened in accordance with the development of higher education,which has played an important role in promoting the rapid and healthy development of higher education in China.The appointment system of teachers' posts and the evaluation system of teachers' titles are the inevitable choices for the development of higher education in a given historical period and play a specific role in promoting the development of higher education.At present,all institutions of higher learning practice the appointment system of teachers.As an important personnel management system,the system has been implemented for more than 10 years.Does the system achieve the original purpose of reform?
