Reading is the use of language and language to obtain information,understand the world,develop thinking,and gain an aesthetic experience.Reading teaching is an important part of Chinese language teaching.It is a process of communication and dialogue among students,teachers,and texts.It shoulders important responsibilities in the entire Chinese language teaching.Reading teaching can not only cultivate students' reading ability,but also teach students humanism through the entire teaching process.However,in practical Chinese reading teaching,we can find that with the continuous deepening of curriculum reform and various educational ideas,Chinese reading teaching has experienced some “inefficient” or even “invalid” situations.Some Chinese classes rely too much on multimedia,and students learn a lesson with little success;some language classes put too much emphasis on the accumulation of knowledge.The teacher has always said that students always remember,but they do not even know that this lesson has been told.What's more,there are classes in the Chinese language that are too utilitarian,oriented by the college entrance examination,and only teach relevant content of the college entrance examination...In short,such language teaching has deviated from the requirements of curriculum standards and has become an important issue that restricts the development of Chinese language teaching.By studying related literature at home and abroad,combining the interviews with front-line teachers and their own teaching practice during the internship,the author has conducted preliminary research on the effectiveness of high school Chinese reading teaching.This article focuses on high school Chinese reading teaching and explains the following three aspects:First of all,it defines the concept of effective teaching and reading teaching,and then elaborates the connotation and basic characteristics of effective reading in high school Chinese.Then,according to the questionnaire and interviews with front-line teachers,the problems existing in the current high school Chinese reading teaching are summarized,and the reasons are analyzed.At present,there are many problems in the high school Chinese reading teaching,such as the lack of clear teaching objectives,unscientific classroom questions,various teaching methods but poor actual results,and abuse of multimedia information technology.The main reasons for summing up are the fact that teachers do not understand the academic situation,the teaching level is not high,the utilitarian thinking is serious,and the family's social reading concept is weak.Finally,put forward the implementation strategies to improve the efficiency of high school Chinese reading teaching: change the teaching concept,based on the “general high school Chinese curriculum standards”,determine the scientific and rational teaching objectives and teaching content,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,use a variety of teaching methods,and set up effective Class questions,develop effective reading teaching evaluation strategies.
