Under the background of the thorough analysis about Higher Vocational College Single Admissions Study-weariness will influence students academic,employee,family,the quality of the school and so on,the writer taked Yangling Vocational & Technical College S department single admissions anaerobic students as research objects.On the basis of investigation data at the recent student mark,Student behavior and learning habits and so on.The writer recruitmented 7 single admissions of study-weariness as a recipients of team of learning management.Then,designed 5 times related solution of group activity,after investigation and analysis for 7 single admissions about academic status,such as school record,classroom performance,attendance situation,and so on.The writer found the problems of study-weariness mainly summarized as four aspects,learning-weariness mind,irrational beliefs,tired of learning behavior,lack of learning motivation.For these symptoms of the egotism,the writer established the corresponding team goals these are changed learning-weariness mind,changed irrational beliefs,disgusted with correct behavior,stimulated learning motivation.The writer designed 5 times related solution of group activity social work applied theories and methods of group social work,such as Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy,that is REBT,Strength Perspective theory,Client-centered theory.Social worker found problems of anaerobic students through conversazione about learning confusion and help them to change irrational belief,let them watch the inspirational video,then communication and discussion,seted up the significance of youth in the struggle.By activity of vocational interest test and described your career goals,the writer found themself interest,students were established career goals and learning objective.Finally,the writer let them practice what they learnt and consolidation activity effect,insist on write growth record and do your best.Meanwhile,the writer earnestly implemented the each group work plan.This study mainly focuses on group work,supplemented individual tutoring to communicate with the author.Before group activities,social worker must elaborated activity subjects,matters,objectives,forms,materials and schedules.In the process of the activities,social worker spelled out the purpose,pay attention to the interaction,let the team members fully express or display,timely guide,encourage and summarized.After each event,it is must to summarize and sort of data on materials and records in time.Summary and evaluation is a must at each event process and effect According to the objectives.Before the end of the last activity,the social worker must understand the evaluation of the team members on group activities,and evaluate effect of group activities.Following the effect of the implementation,the relative teachers in charge class,teachers and classmates think the 7students performance have obvious change.Learning and life state of group member changed significantly,such as the morning exercises in time,returning to the classroom,observing the school discipline.Having Class is relatively serious than before,learning attitude and behavior improved markedly.Therefore,the writer thinks that it is remarkable of the implementing effect of the group social work intervention single admissions study-weariness behavior modification and tutorship,if solution that social worker designed is reasonable in content and form,the expected objectives were completed well.It is worth popularization and application widely.It makes a contribution to the work of the teacher in charge and counselors for higher vocational colleges thorough development and fine service for independent enrollment students.
