With the deepening of reform and development of education, more and morepeople are aware that the key to improve the quality of education is teachers. Only theteachers’ professional quality improved can create a high quality education. Theattention on the professional quality of teachers makes people pay more attention toeducation practice. The preschool education internship in the HVC&HSC is theteaching practice to improve the professional quality of Preschool Education students.It is the schools and kindergartens cooperation that an important effective form topromote the work and learning together. Moreover, it is also an effective way topromote preschool students and kindergartens achieve "seamless". The effect ofinternship training is directly related to preschool teacher training. And theimplementation of internship is a long-term, complex systematic project.Arrangements for the entire process will directly affect the internship effect. Therefore,the effective operation of internship must be established as a set of strict andcomprehensive operation mechanism.Preschool education internship operation mechanism in HVC&HSC mainlyincludes curriculum setting, training, time setting,"Double Tutorial System","schooland kindergartens” cooperation as well as practice evaluation. At present, the relatedresearch on the internship has relatively rich, while the research on the internshipoperation mechanism is still in lack. The only research on internship is the researchobjecting to a professional in vocational colleges, simply describes how to build theoperational mechanism of this professional internships. Hence, there is no systematicresearch on the operation mechanism of internship in preschool education. Based onthe significance and theory of HVC&HSC, the author of the research on theconstruction of operation mechanism of preschool education investigated the existingproblems, analyzes its causes, and finally puts forward to how to establish and perfectit.The full text can be divided into four parts:The first part is an introduction, describing the background and significance ofthe research. The existing research results at home and abroad were reviewed. We willreach a clear definition of related concepts, and put forward the research ideas andresearch methods of this study. The main research methods adopted in this researchare literature and survey. The second part discusses the construction of operation mechanism of preschooleducation professional in HVC&HSC internship, the meaning and theoretical basisof Higher Vocational education.The third part studies the status and problems of the operation mechanism ofpreschool education major in internship through questionnaires and interviews, andanalyzes the causes. There are many problems in the curriculum, training, time setting,teachers, kindergarten management participation and practice assessment.The fourth part aims at the existing problems, which is from the curriculumsetting, training, time setting,"Double Tutorial System","school, kindergarten "cooperation mechanism to practice evaluation mechanism. Then, it puts forward tohow to establish and improve the operation mechanism on preschool education majorinternship in HVC&HSC.The conclusion part summarizes the main contents and results of this research,and points out the limitations of the study.
