In the context of our country's booming economy,tourism is gradually becoming a normal part of nation life,and the tourism industry is also diversifying and developing rapidly.There is a shortage of professional tourism technical and skilled personnel.The secondary vocational school,which is the main position for training technical and skilled talents,naturally has to take on the task of training professional tourism talents.Meanwhile,to build a modern vocational education system as soon as possible,in the form of national education policy issued a document repeatedly emphasizes vocational education should focus on in the form of "integration of production and education".According to the characteristics of secondary vocational schools,combined with the demand for technical and skilled tourism talents and the development trend of vocational education,integration production and education integration.Moreover,in order to deepen the cooperation between school and enterprise in the process of talent training in secondary vocational schools,and improve the overall quality of talent training in secondary vocational schools.The article focuses on how to connect the production or service process of enterprises with the teaching process of secondary vocational schools,taking S school in N city as a research case.Using questionnaire survey method,interview method and classroom observation method,firstly,according to the results of the student questionnaire survey,analyze and discuss tourism majors in secondary vocational schools from six aspects: teacher level,teaching conditions,curriculum arrangement,teaching content,evaluation method,and teaching methods.Based on the status quo of course teaching,combined with the results of interviews with tourism professional course teachers and heads of industry-education integration enterprises,further exploration of the existing problems are as follows:(1)Enterprises participate in the integration of industry and education,and the integration of industry and education lacks depth;(2)The introduction of teachers is difficult,and the teaching staff is weak;(3)The curriculum system is not scientifically set up,and the theory and practice teaching are out of balance;(4)The content of the teaching materials is boring and the quality is uneven;(5)Outdated teaching space and equipment,and the technical conditions need to be improved;(6)Student assessment methods and subjects are relatively single,lacking comprehensive ability assessment of students;(7)The teacher's teaching method is single,and the students' practical ability training is insufficient.After that,combined with teaching status and problems,with the background of the integration of production and education,teaching optimization strategies were put forward:(1)Build a team of high-quality professional course teachers to ensure the strength of teachers;(2)Set up a scientific curriculum system to balance theoretical and practical courses;(3)Innovate the content of teaching materials to improve teaching Quality;(4)Build a high-quality training base inside and outside the school,and seek close cooperation with local enterprises;(5)Multi-subjects and multi-methods for assessment and evaluation to promote student development;(6)Reform teacher teaching methods and improve students' practical ability training level.Through the research on the optimization of teaching,guide secondary vocational teachers to improve teaching effect,stimulate students' interest in learning,effectively improve students' job skills,and cultivate high-quality professional talents.
