After the reform and opening up,all kinds of schools are mushrooming in our country.Teachers are so important for their teaching and cultivating students.General Secretary Xi once said:" make teachers the most enviable profession." So how to improve teachers' motivation,and how to strengthen the management of teachers' team has become the important topic to all kinds of schools in our country.Construction of secondary vocational school teachers' team is one of the important issues in the reform and development of secondary vocational schools in China.The paper takes Yangzhou S School as an example,to explore the incentive management problems in secondary vocational school teachers' team construction.The purpose is to provide some effective and feasible suggestions to solve the problems like the decrease of teachers'incentive in teaching and the decrease of their satisfaction.The paper takes the two-factor theory as visual angle,to analyze teachers' incentive strategies.Therefore,the paper consists of four parts.Firstly,I summarize the two-factor theory and the teachers' incentive theory from domestic and overseas,and I make relevant definitions of two-factor theory and teachers' incentive management.Secondly,I use questionnaire method and interview method to investigate the case school teachers.Thirdly,after sort out and analyze the survey results,I found some external incentive management problems of teachers' incentive management in Yangzhou S School are as follows:the school personnel agency incentive system is not well connected with the establishment system,the working intensity is not proportional to the salary;and some internal incentive management problems are as follows:the training incentive management system is imperfect,the teachers' evaluation incentive system is lack of dynamic mechanism.Finally,I try to present solutions to solve the above problems based on the two-factor theory.This part consists of two parts:one is the hygiene factor part,which stables the teachers' team;the other is incentive factor part,which motivates the teachers in the fundamental ways.The main strategies of hygiene factor part are as follows:to improve the school teachers' personnel agency system,to improve teachers' wage and treatment,to enhance the campus environment and culture influence,to enhance the status of teachers and to build a teachers,democratic management system.The main strategies of incentive factor part are as follows:to improve teachers' training incentive management system,to improve teachers' evaluation incentive management system,to pay attention to teachers' periodic motivation,and to give teachers more space.
