Classroom being the major location of teaching, classroom management is the important guarantee to realize the smooth implementation of classroom teaching and learning, to achieve the goal of education, and the guarantee to promote teachers' professional development. The beliefs and competence of teachers' classroom management, qualification and efficacy as well are important factors in affecting the quality of teaching. "The core of management is incentive". Incentive theory is one of the important theories in management psychology, and the core theory of behavior science, which is applied to deal with the relationship among the four subjects: needs, motivation, goal and behavior. Based on the Incentive theory, a research of classroom management has been carried out in a secondary vocational school. By applying the theory, teachers are supposed to make a new theoretical reflection on their classroom management. It is expected that the theory would help the teachers to update their beliefs of classroom management, hence, improving their quality and ability of classroom management.Based on the related theories and existent research, this paper takes 280 teachers and 500 students as the research object, aiming to investigate the classroom management of the teachers in K secondary vocational school. The research methods taken in this study are literature review, questionnaire survey and interview. The study is revolved around the following four aspects of classroom management: interpersonal relationship, environment, teaching and learning, and discipline. From the perspectives of Incentive theory, the study analyzes the problems existing in the teachers' classroom management as well as the causes of the problems. On the basis of the above research, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the management level of teachers in K secondary vocational school, including: setting advanced classroom management beliefs, building a harmonious classroom environment, implementing effective classroom regulation, pursuing excellent classroom teaching effect and establishing well-organized classroom teaching and learning.
