"Mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is a major strategy proposed by China based on the needs of transformation and development and the potential of domestic innovation.It aims to optimize the environment for innovation and entrepreneurship and allow those who want to start innovation and entrepreneurship to have the opportunity to display their talents.At present,with the increasing pressure of social employment competition,as a cradle for cultivating national technical and skilled talents,under the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",secondary vocational school should not only pay attention to the study of students' professional theories and professional skills,but also need to cultivate students awareness of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and their career planning capabilities and improve employment level.However,there are still some problems in the current career planning education of secondary vocational school,and there is a lack of effective linkage with "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".The Career Planning of secondary vocational school is a vital way to educate students for career planning.Therefore,it is significant to attach importance to the curriculum and its development of Career Planning under "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".This paper is based on the elaboration of the career planning at home and abroad and literature about education and teaching,it defines "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",secondary vocational school,career planning and curriculum development,and explains the relevant theories of career planning.Meanwhile,under "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",this paper uses research approaches of literature survey,investigation,statistical analysis method to explore the status of career planning education in secondary vocational school,find problems in career planning education in secondary vocational school from students,teachers,schools and curriculum.There are some problems in terms of students,such as: blind professional choice,lacking of understanding;incorrect established career planning goals;poor career planning awareness and ability;lacking of active innovation and entrepreneurial awareness.At the teacher's level: the number of teachers is insufficient,and there is a lack of specialized teachers.For schools,problems are as follows: lacking of understanding of the importance of career planning education;lacking of specialized career planning education organizations and departments.At the curriculum's level,the curriculum objectives are generalized;the operation is not strong;the curriculum content is shallow and lacks "mass entrepreneurship and innovation";the curriculum implementation lacks practicality and science;the curriculum evaluation subject,method and content are single,which lack objectivity.Based on the existing problems and status of career planning education in secondary vocational school,this paper observes the principles of curriculum development with subjectivity,practicality,development,and innovation,and combines the background of the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" and follows the characteristics of Career Planning curriculum and the characteristics of students and their profession characteristics respectively from the curriculum objectives,curriculum content and structure,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation,carrying on the curriculum development of Career Planning under "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".Moreover,it also provides measures and suggestions from students,school and society to promote the career planning education in secondary vocational school.
