With the increasing speed of social development and the idea of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation " education,China's economic development and talent structure need to be transformed urgently in order to adapt to the enormous forms of entrepreneurship and innovation.In this situation,more stringent requirements have been put forward for professional talents.As one of the main sources of transferring technical and skilled talents,secondary vocational schools are faced with the need to enhance students' professional knowledge and skils,but also pay attention to the ability of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation "M and career planning,so as to promote students' overall career planning ability while improving students' career planning ability.However,due to the status and development of secondary vocational schools in our country,there are also many flaws in career planning education in secondary vocational schools,and they are divorced from the idea of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation "education.Therefore,it is necessary to develop the course of Career Planning with the idea of" Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation "education.This study is based on the relevant domestic and foreign literature to sort out the status quo,and then define the relevant concepts of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation education,Secondary Vocational Secretarial major,career planning and curriculum development.At the same time,based on the background of"Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation"education,this paper uses the methods of documentation,investigation,statistical analysis and case analysis to analyze the situation of career planning education of secretarial major in Beijing QS School and Nanjing Xuanwu ZD School.It is known that there are some problems in secretarial major students themselves,professional teachers,schools and curricula.Understanding is not deep,self-awareness is not clear,future development goals are inaccurate,awareness of "career planning" is not enough,lack of entrepreneurship and innovation awareness,professional recognition is not high,for the"career planning" related curriculum needs are different;professional teachers:the number of curriculum teachers is small,professional teacher team construction lags behind;school level:on the "career planning" Education does not attach importance to,there is no special"Career Planning" education department and related system norms;curriculum level:Career Planning curriculum objectives are unreasonable,curriculum content is too theoretical,curriculum teaching is not scientific,curriculum evaluation is too single.Based on the findings of the research and investigation in this paper,starting from the relevant principles of curriculum development,combined with the background of"Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation "education and the characteristics of "Career Planning" curriculum,secretarial specialty and students' own development characteristics,this paper separately proceeds from the objectives,content,structure,implementation and evaluation of "Career Planning,curriculum for secretarial specialty in many aspects.Optimize and develop.Finally,from the perspective of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation n education,this paper puts forward some suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the career planning education of secretarial major in secondary vocational schools from two aspects:students and schools,and finally draws the conclusions and future prospects of this study.
