Under the era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",my country must improve the quality of professional talent training and integrate entrepreneurship and innovation education elements into the talent training process to adapt to the current industrial structure upgrade and innovation and entrepreneurship wave.As the main position for transporting technical and skilled talents,secondary vocational schools not only need to impart relevant professional knowledge and skills to students,but also focus on improving students’ career planning ability and innovation and entrepreneurship ability,so as to promote students to adapt to the new trends of the times and achieve High-quality career development.However,from the perspective of the historical development track,secondary vocational education in my country started relatively late,and there are relatively few research results on vocational career planning education in secondary vocational schools,and to a certain extent,it is divorced from the idea of entrepreneurship and innovation education.The integration of the two faces the challenge of Lots of obstacles.Therefore,it is a necessary measure to adapt to the transformation of the current talent structure to carry out the research on the curriculum construction of "Career Planning" in secondary vocational schools based on the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".After reviewing relevant domestic and foreign literature and drawing the status quo,this research firstly defines the three concepts of innovation and entrepreneurship education,career planning education,and curriculum construction.Secondly,based on the background of "entrepreneurship and innovation education",in-depth interviews were conducted with some employees of tourism enterprises in Yunnan Province to understand the gap between enterprises’ demand for "entrepreneurship and innovation" talents and the quality of talent training in schools.At the same time,using the literature research,case study method,questionnaire survey method,interview method to kunming L school tour guide on the construction of the career planning curriculum present situation analysis,it is concluded that the school are some problems in the guide majors,related teachers,construction of school career system and curriculum,and analyzed the attribution.Finally,based on the background of "entrepreneurship and innovation education",this study starts from the relevant principles of curriculum construction,the needs of enterprises for innovation and entrepreneurship,and the development characteristics of students majoring in tour guides.Based on the above investigation and analysis results,the corresponding curriculum construction application design is proposed,so as to draw the conclusions and prospects of this research.
