Secondary vocational education adheres to the principle of "service-oriented,employment-oriented".Career planning education is one of its important contents naturally.Curriculum is the carrier of teaching,the planning and design of educational objectives,teaching contents and teaching activities,and the sum of teaching plans,syllabus and many other aspects.Continuous optimization of career planning course is essential for helping secondary vocational school students to establish a correct outlook on life,values and career,and to achieve employment smoothly.Continuous optimization of career planning curriculum will also promote the training of technical and skilled personnel in secondary vocational schools effectively,and provide important human resources support for economic and social development.On the goal of "Three Comprehensive Education" and the general idea of curriculum reform put forward in the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan,and on the basis of summarizing the research and practice status of Career Planning curriculum at home and abroad systematically,this study takes a secondary vocational school in Q City of Hebei Province as an example,and explores the current situation of the curriculum construction of vocational school planning by means of literature analysis,questionnaires and interviews.In view of the problems found,this paper puts forward the main measures and concrete contents the curriculum optimization of career planning.Following the principle of Taylor's curriculum,this study investigated the cognitive status of the subject school accounting major,the tourism major students and teachers on the curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,and curriculum evaluation of Career Planning,and found many existing problems.Specifically,the understanding of career planning education needs to be improved,the guidance of career planning education to students is insufficient,the construction of career planning education system is not perfect,and the effectiveness of the implementation of career planning education is poor.In order to meet the requirements of the new era and the new situation of vocational education development,it must be solved through continuous optimization measures as soon as possible.Based on Parsons' s theory of trait factors,Schubert's career development theory and professional orientation theory,this study holds that in order to improve the educational ability and level of career planning in secondary vocational schools,it is necessary to further enhance the awareness of the importance of career planning curriculum.Continuously optimize curriculum objectives from three aspects of knowledge,ability and quality.This study uses teaching method comprehensively,such as case analysis experience teaching method,theme game experience teaching method,situational simulation experience teaching method and extracurricular practice experience teaching method to strengthen curriculum implementation.Optimizing curriculum content from two areas of practice and classroom teaching,and optimizing curriculum evaluation by expanding evaluation subject,enriching evaluation content,improving evaluation criteria and improving evaluation methods.
